Anybody have experience with the Innovative Men’s Clinic in Seattle? They have four offices in the area and have great information on their website regarding Low-T and ED along with other issues. They reportedly have been around for two years. Dr. Barry Wheeler answers Low-T questions on their website. I have been impressed with, not only what I’ve read but also the answers to my own personal questions. They typically prescribe testosterone, HCG and Anaztrozol combined for patients with Low-T. The recommended doses and frequency seem to be inline with the folks here on T Nation. Unfortunately, they do not accept insurance, that’s why I was wanting to get a heads-up from anybody here before I commit to the program.
I talked to them a year ago. They wanted me to come in for all the
injections, which is a pain. They also wanted me to pay for a year’s
treatment up front. They were very high pressure and had used-car
dealer tactics.
If you are a fan of Dr. Wheeler, he is also affiliated with Revive LowT
clinic, which says they do accept most insurance.
I went with one of the online clinics for a year. Flew out to Dallas for
a doctor consult, then received my meds by mail and self-injected.
At my most recent physical, my primary care doctor said he was
interested in working with me on TRT, so I’ve switched over to him
now.

Thanks for the info. I live in California and the people at Innovative Men’s Clinic told me I need to fly in for the consultation then I can receive all meds by mail (self-inject) and go to my local LabCorp for the blood tests. It’s still $2,500 up front for the first year (includes everything), $1,500/year thereafter.
I looked up Revive Low T Clinic. They charge about $4,800/year without insurance so depends on how good your insurance coverage is as to how much the out-of-pocket would be.
I’ve not had success with my urologist since he doesn’t want to comply with what I’ve read here on T-Nation. Hoping a non-insurance clinic will be free to do what is needed.
BTW- the Innovative Men’s Clinic uses a compounding pharmacy for all their meds. Any thoughts on compounded testosterone, HCG and anastrozole?
Hm, 2500/year is pretty darn good. The online place I used was
2400/year, plus 15.00 per prescription. I could, however, pay
monthly.
I saw one online place with a 140.00 per month for an
“Entry Level” program, whatever that is.
The online clinic I used had their T and HCG compounded. I
used compounded meds for just over a year. I just got my
first prescription from my primary care and got Watson T-Cyp.
I’ve not noticed any difference. I guess I think about it
this way: no matter what, the drugs have to be made in a lab.
Whether it is a compounding pharmacy or a national brand,
it should not matter as long as the lab has good safety standards.

I’ve been with Innovative for almost exactly one year. Test, HCG, Anastrozole, Sermorelin w/GHRP2 & GHRP6.
I couldn’t be more pleased with them. In the last year, I’ve gained 15#, but my waist size has gone from 36" to 32", bodyfat has fallen away, and lean muscle mass has increased greatly. I’m 54 years old, an avid Crossfitter, and I’m turning heads again… my body shape is completely different.
I recently PR’d my deadlift at 385#, and my bench press is up to 245#. Not very noteworthy on this site, I know, but remarkable given the shape I was in before. I feel as if I’m stronger every week.
The staff there are helpful and flexible… if you raise a concern they are there to deal with it immediately. My injections are always self-administered, meds are mailed to my home, other supplies I pick up at the clinic as they review my bloodwork every 6 weeks.
I’ll be renewing my Testosterone/Sermorelin program tomorrow, and find that the investment brings returns in all areas of my life; family interaction, business success, overall mood/confidence/well being, and my sex life.
palama,
How much are you paying for all of this?
The first year of testosterone treatment was $2500, paid in full up front. My annual renewal rate will drop to $1500. This includes all meds, supplies, and labs every 6 weeks.
Sermorelin therapy is more expensive; my renewal rate for another year will be about $4000.
Thanks. How much was the Sermorelin for the initial year?

So do you have to go to them for injections?
Mind sharing the dose they prescribe or what levels they will accept?
Thanks
Hi,
I am the owner of Revive Low T Clinics in the Seattle area and we now offer month-to-month options for patients without insurance for only $250 (includes doctor’s visits and labs). If anyone has any questions about our clinics please feel free to call us at (425) 820-3800. Patients who are doing self injections of testosterone at home have a new cash option at $100 per month plus about $50 for all meds so total cost is only $150 per month and then a small $50 fee when we do labs periodically. This includes monthly or bimonthly visits with one of our doctors as well. Other clinics charge $150 and all you get is medication pretty much.
Cheers,
Dr. Barry Wheeler
Too expensive.

Dr. Barry,
Does your clinic offer HGH therapy?
Dr. Barry,
Does your clinic offer HGH therapy?
We only offer HGH therapy to patients that have documented low levels of growth hormone production. We provide testing to patients who have suspected adult growth hormone deficiency and most patients will need additional testing from an endocrinologist before we can prescribe growth hormone.
Cheers,
Dr. Barry
Do you still offer payments of 250.00 and also do you do the injections or do I do it myself.
Those are crazy prices. My out of pocket expenditure on TRT is less than $300-$400 per YEAR, and I pay out of pocket for the office visits and for compounded HCG. Insurance covers bloodwork and testosterone, but even if you buy those out of pocket it wouldn’t add up to the kinds of numbers mentioned above.
We do offer comprehensive TRT for about $150 to $250 (when not using insurance) per month. This includes visits, labs, and injections (administered at the clinic for about $250 per month). We do allow self injections as well at a reduced price of about $150 per month and this cost includes visits and medications.
We’ve broken down the testosterone therapy cost here:
Please call us for details at (425) 820-3800.

I use my insurance & family clinic. My guy is a pa. Started me on 200mg cyp 1x a week and 1mg anestrozole 2x a week. I have him write me a script for my labs so i can go where and when i want for labs. found a lab that my insurance takes. and this allows me the ability to make sure my #s arent to high. I like my current treatement, but in reality its probly a bit much. however on this schedule i feel the best. after a few months im now up to 300mg a week.
I do my own shots, 150mg 2x a week, 1/2 mg of anti e 2x a week, and hcg 500 2x week. Insurance does not cover the hcg, but i found a walmart that can get it for under $100 for 10,000 iu. my cyp i get at walgreens for $9 10cc same for anti e, 3 months supply mail order with insurance $17. and i only take 1/2 of perscribed so works out well. I will say pay particular attention to your e levels. took me awhile to get it right. to much, no labido, to little, raging hard ons and emotional as hell. so if i have morning wood and no emotional issues i know im good, and lab has verified. 2x a week shots are a must. i feel so much better.
just use a 25 guage and youll be fine. sorry for the grammer, but its very early and i gotta go to work. ps im in the medical feild so talking to the docs and knowing how to manipulate the labs was a bit easier for me. i certinatly dont condone tricking the lab, but in my case i know the doc needs certin #s to condone treatement without constantly changing things up. i knew what i wanted and i even gotten independent labs just for my own knowledge.
