Walked/jogged 4 miles this morning. It was great outside, took it pretty easy but kept on moving. Probably go do a few more tomorrow morning.

Damn son, you called me out ON SQUAT DAY! Squats were performed, but I went back to a “5” week following 5/3/1 for a bit. I felt as if I’d slipped a little and needed to feel “solid” again with it before blasting through the coan’s cycle.

The wider grip was because the lower bar placement on my back and my lack of joint flexibility. My wrists can’t handle it closer, nor can my elbows.
The hoodie…well, just to be tough and sweat a little…which turned out to completely drench my undershirt ![]()
