I am just starting my 4th week of my first injectable cycle and am still experiencing stiffness and cramping (like a charlie horse) in my legs. I’m currently taking oral Winstrol (100mg a day) and injectable Test 500 (every 4 days). I have been injecting just as i was shown by a couple buddies who have injected for years and had no complications.
They warned me that the Test will make my legs cramp up severely even if I do a half CC on each leg. The stiffness has gone away but my legs still have the cramps and are super tender for atleast a couple days. Any suggestions?
Put the test in warm water prior to injecting, inject with the smallest needle possible, inject about half ml in 30 seconds. That is what made my sustanon pins painless.
Put the whole vile in warm water? Will it work if I’m using enanthate?

Sure, it will work for anything that is in oil.
Does the water need to be boiling hot or just a nice warm? and for how long before I pin it in?

Just warm will do. Exactly before you pin.
Alright thanks man appreciate the help!
Why do you think heating the oil is going to help with cramps ?
You have other suggestions?
I would think its due to dehydration and/or high E2 more so than just the oil sitting in its depot…are the cramps localized only to your injection sites?
you know i’ve never had issues with injects and i typicaly do it slow 30-45 secs for inject.
vtballa has suggested dehydration for cramps is legit, with me i tend to sweat badly and worse
if humidity is high and had server cramps in both legs bad enough to make me tear up. so i
learned to drink more fluids durrring and after i did any kind of hard work that made me sweat
profusely.
vtballa can you explain why high E-2 would cause cramping?
What is E2? The pain is like a charlie horse right where the injection happens at and its been going to my knees. My whole leg has been tight for the couple days following the injection as well.

From self experience, my legs cramped when I didn’t warm up my sustanon prior to pinning. Not something extreme or too painful, just easier than normal. They would cramp for up to the next 36 hours. Also, they cramped a lot worse when I pinned with a 23g than slin pins. I only pinned with a 23g once, so it could be a coincidence.

Not necessarily cramping, but I can see it causing stiffness due to the excess water retention…basically becoming a bloated mess and everything hurts…I’ve seen some other literature suggesting the excess water also causes pain by pushing on the nerve endings, which may end up causing a cramp (or at least an uncomfortable feeling)
But I guess this is a moot point since the OP basically confirmed it is localized to the injection site…I did not get that from his initial post but nik did…I guess heating the oil is the only real optino to try at this point other than maybe adjusting needle length (shot in the dark).
