Today before the gym i injected sustanon 250 and took one pill of dbol. I was scared shitless, because that was my first self-injection, but i dit it. I already learned yesterday that the dose need to be split. So today 250 after 2 days, another 250.
If you do 250 every 2 days, that’s going to be at least 750/ week. You originally said it’d be 500/week. You have to inject on a consistent schedule. I’m really trying to help you here, but you’re being very stupid about this.
