Info on Product Alchemy?

I couldn’t find any info on this product here, I have heard it was a great product, anyone tried it and care to rate it? Made by Predator nutrition
Thanks

I googled the individual ingredients and found a good amount of material, including a lot of reviews. There seems to be a bit of an issue with absorption of flavans (I assume that is why naringenin is added). If you are trying to muck with hormone levels, I would tread lightly; estrogen is very important for men. Diindolylmethane (with added piperine to aid in bioavailability) seems to be more reviewed (it’s on examine.com) and is a naturally-occurring compound in cruciferous vegetables like broccoli.

Thanks for the info, i’m gonna study each ingredient a little more. Some men really say it’s an amazing product

some men are also paid to say good things about a product. Unless you know them in real life outside the internet… beware.

But that being said, if the product does what it says it does, I would definitely not take it. Crashing estrogen levels is something YOU DO NOT WANT. It’s something people on TRT or steroids are constantly trying to avoid. Why the hell would you do it on purpose?

The product is essentially marketed as an aromatase inhibitor. This is something steroid users sometimes take in order to keep estrogen levels from climbing too high while on cycle, as estrogen will increase when testosterone levels reach supramaximal levels. The use of AI’s is controversial in and of itself, as many physicians believe that the ratio of testosterone to estrogen is the most important factor for well being, rather than trying to simply keep e2 at a fixed number.

This product, if it does what it says it does, will slightly raise testosterone, and it will lower estrogen below your baseline 'normal ’ level. Lowering your e2 beyond this point (usually right around 23), is not advisable for ANYONE.

The only way you should even consider taking this is in conjunction with a steroid cycle, assuming you’re an AI proponent. And even then, I’d prefer to use a SERM, or a more proven AI. This product seems to be trying to solve a problem that didn’t exist in the first place.

I would listen to @flipcollar A better approach, from my understanding and personal experience, would be to use natural methods to increase free testosterone. This can be done by ensuring proper recovery and nutrition, avoiding xenoestrogens, and supplementing with minerals like magnesium and boron.
