Whatsup guys, ok, so I finally left that confounded rock we call north america and wanted to know where I can go to purchase gear OTC. I have heard Holland has it OTC, so if anyone knows where I could just walk in and purchase, I would greatly appreciate a PM (to spare the anonymoity for law enforcements sake :slight_smile: )

I think you may be misinformed. Holland does not have OTC gear.

I am sure some eastern european countries do and I know for a fact some of the former Soviet republics do. My buddy went to Lithuania and bought it in a pharmacy.
