Just got back from my grocery store and found something cool.
Individually packaged, wild-caught, salmon fillets. About 23 grams of protein each. 4 for five dollars.

HA well I get em at walmart for 4 for $4.15 LOL
Will have to check out my walmart super center next time I am there.
I am so torn by walmart. I hate that the store is messy, nobody speaks english, and the service is horrible. On the other hand, though, I can get EVERYTHING in one stop.
Thank god for chilean salmon farms and wal-mart. A tasty marriage.

I eat them often. You can find them for $1.00 a piece on sale.
