Indigo - Will it Help

Hey, I’m new to the group and have a question about Indigo. I’ve trained in bodybuilding for a few years and now train, teach, and compete in mma and ma. I still hit the weights as part of my program. Not as often as I want to do a truck driving careeer which will be ending soon.

Anyway, I want to gain size, lean muscle and all the things I’ve read about Indigo. Will it help me? and can you suggest a workout routine? Thanks.

You’d be better off going into the livespill one day and asking them directly. I don’t take it so I can’t help. Alls I know is there is a lot of horse shit and ego tripping that goes on in those things.

Agreed. The friggin’ Indigo live spills are annoying anymore, I’ve completely stopped following CT and all of that mess. If you don’t spend $400 on ONE supplement then we’re suddenly not good enough customers and don’t have access to certain things. But those threads aren’t helpful in the least; I’ve gotten better info from John Meadows and his site. They really need just a Indigo Help thread to review general questions.

Depends on who you talk to.

If you look at the Indigo logs that were created, there are 10 pages worth. All the logs that have been updated within the last 30 days are on pages 1, 2 & 3. One could hypothesize that about 70 percent of the people who were motivated enough to create logs weren’t motivated enough by their results to stay on it and post more.

Like everyone said, there are a ton of people/information that you can look at on this site regarding Indigo.

This might be an obvious point, but I would suggest that you go outside of this website to make a decision about Indigo. Fords might be great cars, but I don’t think I would want to get objective information from Ford’s Board of Directors about what brand of car is best for me.

LOlz very true

Still get the same number of articles as always, plus active comment sections on those.

People complaining about a new feature being changed/eliminated on a free service reminds me of this Louis CK interview: Everythings Amazing & Nobodys Happy - YouTube

Perhaps it would be of greater benefit to you to first get your training and diet where they need to be before worrying about expensive supplements.

LOL.

You can say the same about the gym itself.

I like Indigo, but don’t think the majority of the people here are at a level where that should even be a concern.

You have people using it so the shitty way they’ve been eating can somehow lead to more muscle mass. They want magic.

In other words, if you aren’t big and muscular yet, why the hell are you looking at it?

I would relate it to putting the finishing touches on a house.

Way too many people here can’t even build the foundation.

I could think up more house analogies but some of the slower ones might miss the point that you need to pay your dues first.

I would say about 20% of the population who will do that sounds about right.

See now that’s a good honest response that I believe. Some of the logs I saw real early on were people that wanted to make a change, which is great, but it almost seemed like Indigo-3G was going to be completely life changing. Then you see their later pic’s and there’s progress being made but, IMO at least, it wasn’t anything that couldn’t be done with good programming and a solid diet plan.

I’ve picked up some good information that i can apply to my training by following the livespills once in a while. Mostly from CT’s posts and synergys and some others. But you do have to wade through a lot of “newbi experts” posts aswell. Yes a little annoying but worth picking up some new and useful info from CT.

I wouldnt’ bother posting any questions in there though unless your comfortable hugging everyones nutsack in there for a few months in order to get a few q’s answered. It is for Indigo-3G users obviously.

I personally think you can apply his principals without Indigo-3G with success. Not saying Indigo-3G wont help you have better success with them though i have no idea.

Don’t get me wrong, I respect CT’s work and have learned a lot from reading his stuff. Just seems that a lot of the questions being asked have been addressed in some fashion. I also agree that you don’t need all the supplements that are claimed to be needed to follow his training methods.
