Increase Waist and Shoulders

Hi there!
Since my first post, I’ve gained 5 kg’s!
I’m 52 KG right now!

I’d love to know why I am gaining weight when I eat 60ml of olive oil per day, but as soon as I drop that to 50ml a day, I will be stationary, so, I’ll not gaining any weight at all!

What’s the problem here?
Please let me know!

I think I’ve also gained some fat over my face, and I do not want to keep gaining “fat” but muscles instead.

My diet is

FAT 100GR (50ml) 110GR (60ML)
CARBS 220GR
PROTEINS 150GR

As long as you are engaging in resistance training and are working hard, you will gain muscle.

Great job so far.

How are your lifts? Are the weights going up?

It sounds like you should try 55 grams of olive oil.

Since I do my weight measurements every 10 days, I’ll try this!

I just wonder if there is a formula we can use to get the perfect value of “safe fat intake” amount, to not gain any fat on your face, while bulking.
As I said, I’m +5KG’s now, and I see the muscle growth it’s incredible, but my face, it’s noticeably chubbier than before!

This is a little update
I now weight 53kg! Then, my GYM offers the possibility to do calisthenics, with all the necessary equipment!

I always wanted to do it, and I’d love to know more about on how I could schedule the workout routine to do calisthenics + bodybuilding.

I now train 3 times a week, but I could go up to 4 if needed.
Which would be the best approach?

What do you mean? Earth offers the possibility to do calisthenics. I really don’t understand what you’re trying to do here.

Hi there! Little update!
I’ve grown bigger chest, shoulder, traps, biceps, forearm.
I’ve increased my waist to 70cm, and my hips to 86.
I would like to know how I could reduce fat to near zero on the hips, expencially on the butt, because it’s a bit too much fatty. I would like to turn my hips to 80cm.
How do i?
