Apparently you do, since eskimo is a derogatory term.

Just joshin’, I’m sure you didn’t know that. You’re supposed to use the term Inuit FYI
Really?

Shit. My B. I had no idea, lol.
You know what’s really fucked up? There’s an ice cream treat called “Eskimo Pie”

that’s as bad as the Cleveland Indians mascot…
For the record, my wife is half indian (feather, not dot). Therefore, I am offended.
Yet another reason we’ll have to meet up.

I think native American women are gorgeous.

Was that racist???
I was just kidding (as per my usual 99/100%) about being offended. Heck, she has a few aunts and cousins that are absolutely stunning, so if thats racist, I must be one cracka ass blue eyed devil mofo.

Thirdruffian nailed it on the carb intolerant thing too, but with her being 7 mos. pregnant, I’m more than a little forgiving of that.

Our kid is gonna be a real league of nations too. Scotch, Irish, English, German, and Indian (not sure what tribe)- So no firewater for him!

The first thing is it has to be funny.

The “Mow my lawn cancer boy” just has nothing to it. It’s just not funny.

The comedian saying “You must’ve been raped by five guys then” just isn’t a good comeback. It’s just not funny.

Also…off-color jokes are best kept among a small circle of friends, not made public.
This I agree with.

I’ve found that it’s perfectly acceptable to say anything you want about white people, and/or Christians with zero repercussions.

I know slavery is the original sin of America, and was real shitty, but go fuck right off if you’re going play the “we’ve been fucked over historically” card in 2012 as justification for something. And that goes for any historically subjected group of people who trying to justify their wrong actions or sense of entitlement based on something that’s happen over 2-3 generations ago.

< Die hard Cleveland Indians fan, logo is racist as hell but atleast we’ve never had a mascot call knockahoma with a tepee in stadium, and it’s not like Cleveland is the nations capital with a NFL team called the REDSKINS…

the irish were discriminated against during the first 120 years of American History -

I ain’t even mad, bro~

On behalf of all Native Americans, I, a card-carrying member of the ruling counsel of the Mescalero Apache Nation, do hereby forgive and absolve the Cleveland Indians and their fans of all politically incorrect harms, and grant all you white, brownish, yellow, and black devils absolution and the right to use my peoples’ images as you see fit, including in caracture, provided you understand that the Texas Rangers will completely kick your ass and make you wish your daddy had never played catch with you (assuming you know who your daddy is, which is, of course, doubtful, given you are from Cleveland).

Thank you. I can hear the cries and lamentations of your squaws already.

You still are discriminated against; you all are just too drunk to notice.

All joking aside, VERY prone to Type II diabetes post-pregnancy (and gestational DB), and you don’t even have to be fat. Do not let her fuck around on this, or you will be raising the kiddos yourself.

It’s all good, we might have the worst ownership in baseball. If we dint, our biggest problem would be deciding whether to start Cy Young winner CC, or Cy Young winner Cliff…

I used to not appreciate the difference ownership makes in a team, but it really is important to have strategic thinkers there.

See Dan Synder of the Redskins in addition to the idiot Dolans who own the Indians and their brother who owns the knicks.

And a lot longer before that by the British.

And tension still exist between Brits and Irish. I don’t hear people telling the Irish to get over the abuse they still get from the British.

Self entitlement? slavery in Amercia? WTF? What all that gotta do with a Greek athlete taking cheap shots at African immigrants in GREECE? Where in this thread has slavery been mentioned? Lol. Stay on the fucking topic.

Funny how with this kind of debate, you’ll always get some people posting irrelevant stuff just to take a dig at black people. Does it break your heart so much you can no longer call blacks the N word, even in ‘‘jokes’’ and get away with it? You make it sound as if it should be totally acceptable for people to be offensive and minorities should just shut the fuck up about it since the shitty thing occurred centuries ago. But wait, when when was segregation struck down again? hmmmm yeah… You can go fuck right off too.

And since you’ve brought it up, Why is it dwelling or whining when black people mention slavery as a contributing factor as to why they are where they are today, and yet, we can spend years of schooling discussing the legacy of everything from the Enlightenment to the Bubonic Plague to the fall of the Roman Empire and nobody says shit about getting over it or dwelling in the past? Sounds to me America can’t bear having to deal with its past ugliness towards black people. It’s okay. Bitter pills are always hard to swallow.

Lol. So even Jews should ‘‘get over’’ the holocaust, huh? Better yet, the Sinti gypsies who always remember their history as victims of the holocaust. Great thinking you’ve got there.

U mad

DN, is that you in your avatar?
