I had the same thing happen to me, crazy amount of ear wax production, coughing, and multiple ear infections upon starting TRT. It all subsided after about 1-2 months as my body acclimated to TRT.
I do get minior foot swelling after dosing changes, but goes away after a few weeks.
My E2 is high on TRT and have no sides, even as high as 90. I did try anastrozole (0.050) in the beginning of TRT and each time it only caused problems.
Ok. Im going to state this in a way that is not combative or offensive for a newb. I was once there, check my history. You’re not going to be living with these side effects. You just got on T, so its not something that is permanent. Its just your body adjusting from little whiny bitch to well rounded man with an eventual chiseled body. You sound like an overweight guy who just realized he has tits and the E is to blame. So if you want advice drop the AI, and allow your body to get into new form. Ive had a couple of times when my nipple(s) itched and I ignored it, because it happens. 2 years later no AI. If I get naked I look good and my pecs are solid and blocky with no puffy nips, and I take a good amount of T. Unless you (start to) look like a pubescent teenager drop the AI and get to work every morning. Oh… take your vitamins too, but mainly start exercising those dirty lungs. Your body is trying to cleanse you of all the crap that doesnt belong in you, and it will do it efficiently, via your bladder, ass, or sputum.
no over weightness over here. Lean, clean 6-pack my entire life. Low Estrogen, currently weigh 170 & I’m 6’1… everyone is different. Everyone reacts differently to this stuff there isn’t 1 person that has the same experiences as the other.
I kno ur just trying to put ur advice into the conversation and r putting your perspective. But I just asked a simple couple of questions, that’s all. I’ll take your advice however w/ a grain of salt, as this is a forum of people who are on the same thing I just started.
Maybe you caught a bug simultaneously, and youre blaming TRT, Get a covid test while youre at it too. Oh and please use full words to convey your thoughts. This is not a text conversation we’re having.
I don’t know whether your cardio is to excess, but too much will raise cortisol, thereby reducing the effectiveness of the immune system.
As for drinking 2 gallons of water: While likely not dangerous (provided one doesn’t attempt to drink it all at once), doing so will have no discernible impact on immune function above what is achieved via normal/appropriate hydration.
