I'm SO Sick Of Eggs...

I like eggs. But if you are absolutely sick of them, here’s what you do:

You take all your eggs and put them under a lamp for a while until they hatch. Feed the resultant chicks for a few months (they will eat weeds, bugs, kitchen scraps, leftovers, etc.) until they become large, meaty chickens.

It is then a simple matter to slit their carotid arteries, drain their blood, chop off their heads with a sharp cleaver, pull out their internal organs, dunk them in boiling water and remove their feathers.

I prefer roasting at this point, but baking, boiling and frying are also acceptable options.

Eat, rest, repeat.

If this is too much trouble, you can always buy the pre-packaged variety at the butcher section of your local supermarket. Along with some beef, pork and fish.

Cheers!

God damn… That’s my idea.
You just wait for the law sue…

And also ther’s this additional workout like chasing them before kill (leg work)and offcourse killing them with your bare hands (upper body work) and biteing of their heads with your bloody teeth (jaw and neck work). So you have the whole body workout. XEXE

How about a bowl of oats+skim milk, a couple of slices of wholwheat toat, with yeast extract spread or peanut butter. + Only a couple of dried egg whites (the sort you can buy in the shops) + A banana?

Washed down with a nice cup of tea, yum.

I don’t have that problem, mostly because eating eggs is a foreign concept to me. I inhale them, quick just throw them back. Why eat slow when you can eat more in less time. Five eggs in 15 mins or 15 eggs in 5 mins? Eggs are soft just throw it back and swallow.

What else can I eat in the morning… I’ve probably being eating some form of eggs whether egg whites, omlets, whatever for the last 10 years and it’s getting to the point where I’m gagging as I’m eating them, but I know they are a super good form of protien, but just thinking about eating them is making me sick at this point.

I used to eat up to 18 eggs in the morning. I’m down to 6 whole eggs and supplemented my first meal with oatmeal and protein powder, but gotta figure something else out…

Any recipes you all use to make your eggs??? I’ve been putting a bit of milk in them, but that isn’t helping either…

Any suggestions??? Should I start eating fruit loops or cocoa pebbles???

Thanks…

Have you ever tried making a Frittata? Gives eating eggs a different meaning. Sautee vegetables, chopped lean meat (ham, lowfat sausage) until carmellized, add the equivalent of a dozen well-beaten eggs (egg whites, egg beaters, 1/2 whites, 1/2 whole eggs, etc…whatever is your usual), top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese/lowfat cheese (may omit if you’re too worried about kcals) and heat until the bottom is starting to cook, then immediately pop into a preheated oven, baking until set. Slide onto a large plate or platter. Cut into wedges.

The veggie/meat/cheese combos can vary, thereby creating variety.

I recently tried browned and drained italian sausage, chopped frozen spinach, chopped tomato, garlic and lowfat mozzerella cheese. I served with heated pizza sauce on the side. This one’s not for the fat conscious.

Also did carmellized onion, a potato cut into cubes and browned with garlic salt, chopped ham and lowfat cheddar.

Also did broccoli, carmellized onion, chopped leftover chicken breast and lowfat cheddar.

Someone made an excellent suggestion: Non breakfast foods for breakfast.

Another idea, if you’re not too calorie conscious…in Hawaii, one of the favorites is called a “Loco Moco”…rice, topped by a grilled hamburger patty, topped by an egg over easy, topped by brown gravy. I’ve made healthy versions using a small amount of brown rice, lean hamburger patty, fried egg whites and brown gravy made with broth and not flour/fat. Don’t knock it till you try it.

I can eat eggs till I start laying the fuckers, but tuna, no way, can’t eat the stuff unless it fresh steak grilled, preferably in a restaurant.[/quote]

In my humble opinion, tuna is best eaten raw, cut into bite-sized chunks and tossed with sliced avocado, grated onion, rucola and romaine lettuce, sprinkled with canola oil, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add a few sliced hard boiled eggs if desired.

Excuse me…I’m getting hungry!
