I prolly should. I was just worried about hct going too high. At this dose it hit 51%
Bingo. I can’t take a Vit D supp at all, period. Makes me feel like hell, and stupid tired. It also gave me a wicked headache before my surgery, but that was likely hypercalcemia in my case. It may be the kind that you are taking, or maybe you just cannot take it. Certainly less would be a good experiment, that’s a stupid high dose anyway, you’ll just end up pissing most of it out.
I believe it is Dr. Eric Serrano that says if you are supplementing vitamin D you HAVE TO supplement vitamin K as well. I will try to find the video and will edit and post here. I think it was with @dbossa.
The dose seemed too high before I took it but like a good patient I “trusted my doc”. Ugh. How do these idiots graduate med school?? And to get a actual decent good one you have to go private.
My hr, anxiety, all that is alleviated now the further I get away from the day I popped that pill.
Have any of you ever had a high-ish CRP number like 8mg per liter and have it come down after months of TRT?
