how would that help me being hungry or if i just deal with it my body will stop wanting to eat every hour cuz right now i can eat a full meal every hour or two
tyrosine in high doses is defou going to affect your hunger… Whenever I up my dosage to 4-9grams a day I REALLY struggle to eat…

If you want to get lean bro, you have a solid 40lbs to drop. So I wouldn’t worry about losing size and I’d hop on the cardio. Just being realistic, you’ll look bigger and better anyways when lean.
I’d say get familiar with the glycemic index if you havent already. Knowing which carbs effect your blood glucose/insulin the most can help with staying fuller longer.
Thats why they recommend oatmeal and such in the morning; however studies show that the GI considerations dont work for everybody.
