If You Feel Sorry for Bush...

And declaring Obama a shady bastard before he set one foot in the oval office.

Tell us again it’s not about his color. You might actually start to believe it yourself.[/quote]

You live in Belgium, your opinion means shit. Same goes for the rest of you who don’t live in this country.

Because race is the ONLY possible reason we could have been against him. Racist.

Well, that’s not the only reason. Another reason for giving someone like Bush a free ride for 8 years wrecking your country, while bashing Obama before he even set a foot in the oval office, another reason for doing that is perhaps that you guys are fucking retards.

AND racists. Because the two don’t exclude each other. Au contraire. (that’s French).

Bush has been heavily criticized on these forums.

I’m with Zep on this one.

I think that history will ultimately judge Bush on the historical outcomes of both Afghanistan and Iraq.

That is not too favorable for Bush in that trying to put into place some semblance of Democracy among peoples that historically have been best ruled my War Lords, Dictators or Clerics does not appear promising.

Obama in inheriting one of the worst messes I think I’ve seen any President inherit since I’ve been voting. I DO NOT expect him to “solve” it all; that’s impossible. My expectation from Obama is to work hard and to try his best.

I’m sure that won’t be enough, however, for a lot of people, especially many on this Forum.

Mufasa

I certainly wish him well. But realize he is trapped — trillions in debt, wars, a collapsing economy. If he can figure a way to restore a golden age, God bless him and I’ll fucking praise him to no end.

I personally think that we are about to enter the Greatest Depression since the Dark Ages, with the USA emerging intact and resembling Nazi Germany in the 1930’s. If he can stop that, then I’d vote him the best POTUS in our history.

lol where do you come up with this stuff?

Funny, I don’t recall casting a ballot for Bush in 2004.

"Stages of Collapse

Stage 1: Financial collapse. Faith in “business as usual” is lost. The future is no longer assumed resemble the past in any way that allows risk to be assessed and financial assets to be guaranteed. Financial institutions become insolvent; savings are wiped out, and access to capital is lost.

Stage 2: Commercial collapse. Faith that “the market shall provide” is lost. Money is devalued and/or becomes scarce, commodities are hoarded, import and retail chains break down, and widespread shortages of survival necessities become the norm.

Stage 3: Political collapse. Faith that “the government will take care of you” is lost. As official attempts to mitigate widespread loss of access to commercial sources of survival necessities fail to make a difference, the political establishment loses legitimacy and relevance.

Stage 4: Social collapse. Faith that “your people will take care of you” is lost, as local social institutions, be they charities or other groups that rush in to fill the power vacuum run out of resources or fail through internal conflict.

Stage 5: Cultural collapse. Faith in the goodness of humanity is lost. People lose their capacity for “kindness, generosity, consideration, affection, honesty, hospitality, compassion, charity” (Turnbull, The Mountain People). Families disband and compete as individuals for scarce resources. The new motto becomes “May you die today so that I die tomorrow” (Solzhenitsyn, The Gulag Archipelago). There may even be some cannibalism."

America will become an absolute totalitarian state when we hit stage 3. That was the goal of our military-industrial complex — to collapse the economy to justify the absolute state.

Did your grandparents say this sort of shit while we were liberating your country? I can see them shouting this at our troops on the road as they headed into Germany: “You’re all fucking retards! We KNOW you’re here to occupy and slaughter!! Murdering racists!!” — knowing that the Nazis would have shot them while Americans would have just smacked 'em upside the head, at the most.

You are very assumptive too. That really sucks for you. I bet life is a sad thing and the world a scary place.

Naah, that’s a bit to assumptive of you?

Did you, or did you not critisize Obama over his choice af pastor at his inauguration? Did you, or did you not, cite that as an example of his cronyism?

Did you ever use the word cronyism in relation to your hero W. Bush, when you had the chance? He gave you plenty of opportunity. The guy ran your county like he was an African tribal leader for 8 years, believing loyalty was more important than competence. Never a peep from you though.

You say his color doesn’t matter? What is the difference then?

Why are you busting his chops over something that hasn’t happened yet? And why did you give Bush a free ride for 8 years? If skin doesn’t matter, what is the difference between those 2 guys? Why the change in attitude?

Spoken like a true low-life piece of vile, worm infested dogshit. Who lifted the shit pile and let you out to roam anyway?

Woohaa, very intelligent reply.

If you have shit for brains.

Yes well, you can’t take credit for someone elses effort. I notice that the people who have been criticising Bush, haven’t been so hard on Obama.
On the other hand, the people who are proud to have voted for Bush twice, are very critical of Obama.

And they also mention a lot it has nothing to do with his color. Who am I to not believe them?

How does that make you feel?

This is quite foolish.
