I do think it’s useful, as personal opinion, especially if using only 1 scoop of Surge Recovery. But even if using 2. And I do think having it preworkout rather than post is better as well.

No problems with using creatine pre-workout either (unless one of those whose stomach is bothered by it, which I take isn’t the case, but just to be complete.)
