I’m waiting for Tim’s article, then most likely I’ll start Sunday or Monday and train/eat like normal then the following week bump carbs and add Anaconda
Why add ANACONDA?
Surely if you want to test the effects, you’re just adjust the diet without adding any other supplements.
I don’t want to test the effects, I want to reap the benefits. Infact my Indigo-3G bottle suggests I should take it with ANACONDA.
If Tim comes out and says not to then I wont. I’m following Biotest’s guidelines so that no one can say my results were skewed by lack of peri-workout nutrition, etc.

Me! Me! Well, at least I hope I will be
Btw, I’ll be sending you that email early next week. I got back from my holiday a week an a half ago and things have been a bit crazy. Now it’s more or less back to normal.

BiP I want you to be! I have no intention of being objective about this. People can hate me for that, it’s fine. I know you will have great results and I’m sure I will too.

Well, in all honesty I am not expecting myself to be objective. I don’t believe an individual is capable of being objective. I will, however, collect whatever data I can so that everyone (myself included) can make up their own minds.

Agreed 100%. I have a lot of faith in Biotest and have used a ton of their products with great success (I buy from a Japanese re-seller which is why I’m still a “Level 0”), but I’m not big on the recommendation to stack this with Anaconda, especially for those who haven’t used it before.
Everybody trying this first batch should be given dietary guidelines and training guidelines that should be strictly adhered to, but in the interest of getting accurate results as to the efficacy of this fascinating new supplement, additional supplementation should be limited to “the basics” IMO (ie: protein, fish oil, zinc, BCAA, etc)

It’s a weird give and take though re: the training/diet suggestions.
As a person spending ~$400 on a little more than 1 month of product(one that even if you’re baller status you can’t just reorder yet either to keep testing with) you will definitely want to do w/e the fuck you can to get the most out of it. But at the same time, doing whatever the fuck you can to get the most out of it includes optimizing diet and training to a point that in truth, most people probably won’t do under less scrutiny. How do you assign credit unless there is just glaringly obvious results like ‘I ate 800 grams of carbs, not even good ones, think skiploading but daily and still lost fat’ ?
Supplementation is something really easy to be cynical about, and it’s not like the industry is blameless for that.
All that said, I was sad not to get a phone call for the ‘launch’ to try it out myself.
