What’s the going trend now? Is it still wanting to put muscle on with the fear of gaining an ounce of fat? Or is there some new fangled neurosis?

You kidding me, no one even lifts around here. Especially not me, muscle is unfunctional and yucky!

V

Exactly. All of the cool kids quit lifting a long time ago. We spend all of our time now asking who is on steroids or worrying about studies done with half ass info as long as they tell us we are extremely limited in how much we can grow…so when we don’t grow, we can say, “see, the study was right!!”.

Every now and then we band together and call really muscular people “fat” so that we don’t have to feel bad about having arms roughly the size of a well rolled cigar.

Oh, and if anyone actually starts listening to what made big people big and strong…we call that “bro science” so we can make fun of these fastly growing people for doing it “wrong”…unlike us who do everything right. We know this because we aren’t gaining shit and are afraid to post pictures because of it. Yay us!!

of course once I,Bodybuilder comes out then we will have a reason to lift again, until then there is just no point

True, true. This program will save us all and show us the light. It will clearly make up for the throngs of people on this site who can’t make any impressive gains on their own…however, I am not sure that will fit into our “I live in the real world and don’t have time to train more than once or twice a week” superior mentality. I mean, who wants to be a meathead? [/quote]

Preach X, Preach! Who wants to big all big and unfunctional anyway? I say we all start crossfitting once a week when our “real life” schedules allow :).

Train once or twice a week? Are you crazy? You are asking for overtraining. Any more than one total body workout, for 10 minutes, once a month is just overkill if you ask me.

You know this is a public forum guys. There is no need to be jerks about it.

Everytime, someone comes and asks a simple question, you guys have to shit all over it.

I’m so tired of your bad attitudes. God, who crowned you king of the hill, huh?

is this like a 6th Sense thing? Maybe only certain level lifters can ACTUALLY see Professor X. If you can’t see Prof X, you aren’t lifting enough!

I love this forum because of these “jerks who shit all ova ppls questiunz”.
Most of the questions are just plain fucking stupid, and/or OP shouldn’t be concerned with them until they make progress by following the tested-over-and-over basics.
I was guilty of this. Well, at least I think that now I don’t consume myself with unimportant stupid shit. That’s thanks to these “jerks”

Guys guys. Come ON! Who needs this awesome program you speak of when we have the nutrition and exercise mastermind JMoUFC87 right here at our disposition? All we need to do is ask for his almighty advice and we’re set!
