Disagree to an extent. Getting laid doesn’t equate to inherent happiness. Sex addicts can be miserable, even when they’re having a lot of sex.

I wouldn’t say standards are lower. There was a casualness to sex for late gen-xers and early millennials for some time because of being brought up in overly conservative families.
