I need your opinion for first cycle

After 2 years since knee surgery (meniscus), I started training again. Before that, I had trained for 12 years. My current situation is the following: I went from 120 kg (265 lbs) down to 100 kg (220 lbs) in 3 months, then took a 3-month break from training, and now I have started training properly again. My body weight is still around 99–100 kg (218–220 lbs), with the first row of abs already visible.

My goal is body recomposition — I definitely do not want to gain additional body weight. I am 30 years old, 185 cm tall (6’1"), and as mentioned, I weigh about 100 kg (220 lbs).

I would like advice for a first cycle. For context, I trained judo recreationally for 10 years, worked as a soldier for 4 years and as a police officer for 6 years. I am no longer in those professions, but during my training years I performed real functional training — a combination of powerlifting, strongman, and CrossFit-style workouts.

Then you don’t need to use gear. Body recomp is about macro selection/timing.
You take steroids to build muscle.

Wait until your body comp is in a better place and then you can run test at 300-500mg/wk to build some muscle.
