Even though I don’t as habit post in there, since most of the people there know way more than me, I read the Cell and am most impressed with the excellent information on bodybuilding, nutrition, and so forth. Some of the people in there have top-notch credentials and the they are more than willing to share what they’ve obtained through their hard work. I encourage everyone here to check out the Cell.
