woah… five days outta the gym. past five days have been a bit tumultuous for me so I really didn’t get the chance to hit the gym. Think of it as a deloading week i guess?=P

Leg curl
35 lb each side… just tryin em out. kinda like em, but not sure if I should be feeling this in the calf at all… because i am. and i thought it was supposed to be hamstring only. who knows…
also, in 5 days off… dropped 5 pounds. good? bad? not sure. im gonna try bulking the 5 lbs back up fast in the next couple weeks and cut back down 2-3 pounds so i can make my weight class.
