Yea I’ve been away from T-Nation for a while. I was buying supplements here still and a few posts caught my eye so I’m getting hooked again.
It sure beats wasting time playing mmorpg’s!
I have yahoo messenger but I almost never use it. Usually just for when I’m on travel with my job so my wife can video chat with me.

My basement used to be haunted. But I told the ghost to relax and we can easily live together, and it went away.
I’m living in my grandparents house. They’ve both passed away. For months after my grandfather died my cousin (the youngest of the grandchildren) used to wake up in the middle of the night and see grandpa sitting in the chair at the foot of his bed. Finally my uncle told my cousin “You know pa isn’t going to hurt you. Just ask him what he wants.” My cousin did and he didn’t see grandpa any more.
Anyway, last night around midnight I was reading on the living room couch and the front door kept rattling, like someone was pushing it slightly from the outside. It wasn’t locked. So I got up, stepped out on the porch and there was nobody there, and it wasn’t windy. This happened several more times after I’d laid back down. I wasn’t scared because I don’t believe in ghosts, and if I did, I would kind of like having my grandparents around anyway. After a while, the ceiling and other walls started to creak and crack. It’s getting cold and while my grandfather was a good carpenter, I’m sure their are plenty of boards that are out of square by a 16th, or a 32nd of an inch.

This had to be the presence of a ghost. After a few seconds the water got warm so I guess the ghost just wanted me to know he or she was there.

Then, when I dried off, I looked up at the wall and noticed a man staring back at me. I was shocked, and he looked shocked too.
When I waved at him, he waved at me, as if he knew exactly what I was going to do when I did it.
I also saw the whole room behind me on the wall. It looked like that part of the wall was made of some kind of glass or something.

You should use gmail’s Gtalk for video/voice chat Much better than yahoo imo.
They just don’t want to leave this world because they don’t know what is in store for them or they don’t know they’re dead. Maybe they did some bad things and are afraid to go to hell. The median I talked to said that can leave once they are dead or at their funerals. A ghost can leave at someone else’s death scene or at someone else’s funeral.
This is what I have been told and i don’t really believe it, but I do believe that anything is possible. II think the more you look into this stuff, the more you invite them into your life.
Now if there are real ghosts then does that mean there is a heaven and hell?

Sylvia Brown said ghosts see EVERYTHING - when they’re around. Mostly though, she says they’re busy working and going to school. First, I was horrified that my Mom and Dad might be hanging about watching everything I’m doing. But being expected to WORK (in the afterlife?!) bugs me a whole lot more :(.
