Sinu-cleanse or a neti-pot style cleanser. Works wonders just do it once in the morning and evening. Or if you live in Florida you could just swim in the ocean and do a couple of flips under water. The only allergy this doesn’t cure for me is cats…but that’s what Samuel Colt made the .45 caliber revolver for.
Ive always suffered from hay-fever , but last year kicked my ass something fierce . after 6 weeks of extreme night-coughing , I finally saw a doc . had my lungs checked at a gen-prac and an allergist , and both ruled out COPD…which was first on my mind considering two and a half decades of smoking . went thru an albuterol inhaler , then the cat went away , then every day anti-histamines , and finally Advair…which worked like magic . still on Advair , which scares the hell out of me . but the Doc says my lungs are good…so allergies is the issue .
