On the subject of peeing…
I’ve noticed that sometimes when I drink, then have sex, afterwards I have this extremely uncomfortable urge to pee. Once I pee, though, the urge persists even though my bladder is empty.
It usually goes away after a half hour or so. Anybody else get this?

It doesnt bother me at all. I have 5 grams of bcaa’s beside me, so when i wake for a piss im happy i get the bcaa’s to keep me anabolic.
