I Finally Got the Balls to Post

Since no one believes me, I finally got a video of me doing one of my lifts. It is in my profile, also I took a video of me sitting on the bench next to me. The bench I used was literally 1 - 0.5 inches taller. I just didn’t think of it until after my squats. I also included ATG squats for people who STILL would want to nag me about my 90 degree form.

I’m not sure why some people cannot believe this person is 200lbs. Last time i checked , bigger people can weigh more than smaller people. Take Franco Colubmo, he weighed less than 200… i weigh 215 at 5’10, yet last time i looked in the mirror …you get the idea.
Plus, it depends on when he weighed himself. Either way , it’s probaly only a 3-7 pound difference.

Now, to the picture. You seem to have added on a pretty decent amount of mass. I’d really keep on working on everything, especially the shoulder/traps and lat area. It’d be interesting to see another progress picture by summertime.

No one is going to jerk you off for those “box squats”. What you are doing there…I just don’t know…

I am just squatting to 90 degrees, thats what I claimed I could do and people just started bitching at me and telling me that I can’t. I didn’t say anything about the boxes being lower\higher than 90, just 90. I decided to give proof that I can do said lift and video tape it. I obviously do a lot less with ATG, but I am working on it. My ATG max is around 315, give or take 5 pounds.

Lol bro, those box squats were not to 90 degrees. Sorry man. Maybe like 120 degrees. Also, why didn’t you just sit on the actual bench to try and prove that they were 90 degrees?

Either way, your pictures are misleading. In those videos you look bigger. Get new pictures.

It was literally half an inch above 90 degrees. I have a VIDEO OF THAT. I do admit I should of fully sat down, I just did it to touch, and will do it next time I get a chance and update it. Other than that, nothing much to prove.

Sure, you hit 90 degrees…because you let your knees come really far forward. Your form is atrocious.

Otherwise, I don’t know why you’re getting knocked so hard. I mean, it’d be nice to see some better pictures (wheels!) and videos of those other lifts (especially that overhead squat). But everything seems believable.

Good lord man, that hurt to watch. Were you falling out of the squat rack with that weight? The those “box squats” were more like shallow sissy squats with weight. Did that not hurt your balls at all?

Wow,… I’ll usually just comment on physique and dietary topics, as there a good number of more experienced powerlifters than myself on here, but that just hurt to watch -lol

Well, I went to a new gym, and I was able to do 405lbs x2, and those benches are about 2" lower than the one I was using. I just sat on the bench, and stood up. I could only get two doing it that way. I usually like to use the bench to tell me where 90 is rather than to an actual box squat.

I think you should probably quit trying to convince us that you can squat a lot of weight properly while you are less behind. According to your other posts on this board, your 405x2 box squat is give or take 100 or so lbs.

You have a similiar build as me, were both in the same boat. I don’t know whether to bulk or cut…You’ve got a good base, keep it up.

I know I’m a little late on this thread…but…guy you “90 degree” squat is closer to a half rep than 90 and your ATG is closer to 90 degrees than ATG
