Good luck. What routine are you doing?
Chosen 5/3/1 as a novice. I am happy with the slower journey focusing more on looking better and building a nice physique and want the slower progression to avoid injuring myself, I am dealing with some minor injuries and impingements and am at too high body fat for my liking. These issues would not be best addressed on an aggressive linear program like starting strength.

Thanks dude.
Just chosen Wendler 5/3/1.
I am going to run this.
I will be eating at maintenance with a high protein content and doing 1 or two conditioning workouts a week.
24 month progress that would be possible on 5/3/1
I just wanted to post this here as a reminder in 3 or 4 months when I am thinking about doing some other program or when I am slacking off with my diet or my training.
My training max could go up very high if I follow the program and dieting and don’t bitch out.
Two years might seem a long time but I have a habit of doing things the wrong way and constantly having to redo them when I should of just done them right the first time.
OVERHEAD PRESS - 40KG TO 100KG
BENCH PRESS 56KG TO 116KG
DEADLIFT 108KG TO 228KG
SQUAT 67.5KG TO 187.5KG
