HRX & BCAA Questions

I have not been able to take HRX do to the fact that I am very sensitive to stimulants, but I sit in frusturation staring at the bottle.

SO I began to experiment, I found that when I upped my carbs, expecially later in the day my nervous system comes down and I can sleep.

I wondered? if HRX should not be taken around carb meals cause of a hightened insulin response?
I like to take it in the Am empty but then eat my favorite breakfast , yam and Metabolic Drive. This way I feel less tweaky all day.

2nd question
I feel like im not taking the BCAAs correctly. Ive done the old 30 g during workout and its great, but for everyday , do they need to be taken away from other protein containing foods? even Surge? In order to maximize the effect?

Just send it my way… I’ll give it a good home.

I usually take it on an empty stomach and never have any issues. Maybe you just don’t do well on low carb in general? What exact problems are you having?

I usually consume these in-between meals, never with meals. The exception is Surge, as it has BCAA’s in it.

Low carb is fine, but when I take HRX, my nervous system does not seem to relax. I assume higher cortisol levels and naturally lower seratonin, and parasympathetic output.

1stly caffeine impairs glucose metabolism, and yohmbine causes and EXXagarated insulin response. So therefore taking those two and eating a carb meal may not be the best option for fat loss regarding the effects on beta receptors.
