Only just found this thread, please help
I have been on HRT for 36 months, want to come off, I’m 32.
I took 150mg-200mg TRT test cyp for this time. I blasted 3 week in early-mid 2018, and took a 2 week cycle of anavar of 40 mg, other than that stayed on the self medicated TRT dose.
I tapered down to the point where my last dose is 25 mg test 5 weeks ago, and started HCG on the same day.
I did 3 weeks of HCG at 1500 IU EOD, then tapered down to on dose of 750 IU and now on 500IU every 3 days( E3D).
Also on 200mcg of GHRP-2 once a day ( I take a week off each time, started this on the last dose of HCG), and 25mg of exemestane( aromasin) EOD, I started this when I started the HCG.
Have clomid/nolvadex on hand incase needed, but not sure when to take it.
So it’s my fifth week of PCT, my questions are :
- Since I’ve been on TRT for 3 years, aka a unique case, my concern if my HPTA might not come back or take a very long time, what is the correct PCT in this scenario?
Bloods taken 4 week after:
LH - 0 U/L
Test - 22 nmol/L
Estradiol- 45 pmol/L
Nothing unique about this, or even rare. You have posted this question 4 times on this board over the course of maybe a day? You know the term PCT, but couldn’t search that here and yet managed to find this relic?
What you used for blasting is irrelevant. so is what you used for cruise.
Tapering off of a TRT dose is unnecessary and pointless.
You literally could have started HCG at any time, you did not have to wait until your last injection.
Exemestane (or any other AI) is stupid and counterproductive for PCT, and for HCG for that matter.
There is no “If needed” with nolva or clomid for PCT, that is literally what you use for PCT. Pick one. Run the dosing schedule that appeals to you the most. Se if it worked. Nolva 40 per day for 2 weeks followed by 20 a day for 4 weeks is popular. You’ll have a good idea where you are about two months later.

Thank you for your guidance. And sorry for posting so much, I was scared for my HPTA and thought that because I’d been on for so long my HPTA was beyond start up.
I’ll start taking Nolva regime you recommended.
Is it fine to stay on HCG + Nolva or just do Nolva ?
Sorry man, my internet has been down for three days. I would not take the HCG with the Nolva.
Damn, I took 250IU HCG two days ago( I take 250IU HCG every 3 days) , and started 40 mg Nolva + 50mg Clomid( got told to do this and they said HCG is fine) yesterday, should I stop or keep going ?
HCG stimulates testes, it’s counterproductive to use a SERM to raise LH while injecting an LH analogue that tells your body that you have enough already.
Understood, so should I stop the Clomid and Nolvadex for 2 days then recommence the SERMs or keep going with SERMs?
Just keep on with the Nolva and stop the HCG. HCG half life is short.
