Well, you will have to take it 6 times a day. Oppose to Biotest’s BETA-7 which you take 3 times a day. Its up to you, but I will go with BETA-7 for its convience.

They are not the same product and do not do the same thing. Betaine [ostensibly] aids in digestion and metabolizing of food.
