How's my Lean Mass Cycle Plan?

I think this is what stands out the most to someone like Zeek (who I will speak on behalf of and hopefully not be out of bounds). There are no cutting compounds in the steroid world. Period. Some drugs will make you appear drier or grainier, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be used to add muscle. Cutting is about diet, full stop. You use the drugs to retain as much muscle as possible when you’re in a deficit. But if the deficit is short enough (4-6 weeks) then you realistically won’t lose all that much muscle, unless it’s a massive reduction in calories.

Now look, guys who are stepping on stage are in a different realm. They have different needs and as such they have different protocols. But for the average gym rat you should be able to cut up with diet alone. Who cares if your cut cost you a pound of muscle if you also shed 10lbs of fat? On net you’re way ahead. Want that muscle back? You’ll get it on your next bulk.

You need to decide what your goals are. Establish a primary and then a secondary goal, then plan accordingly. You’ll be much more satisfied with the results if you do it that way rather than try to fit a bunch of square pegs into round holes.

That is one of many things he has said that stand out that worry me. let me add a few more.

  1. the tri tren length (this leads me to believe he has no real understanding of esters or tren for that matter). The length of the eq is also a little short but in the grand scheme of why he shouldn’t be using these drugs that’s on the lower end

  2. no mention whatsoever about prolactin control

  3. using var for 12 weeks at the doses he has listed

  4. his entire first cycle. No sensible person with an understanding of those drugs would decide to run a first cycle with that list of compounds.

  5. “one of my friends told me using tren and eq together confuses the body” I really have no words for this comment besides huh?

6)hcg is listed for use in PCT

If it was just one or two things I would give the benefit of doubt but for all the reasons listed above I can’t see anything good coming of this person using gear right now. Most people here know my views are
liberal on using multiple compounds and higher doses but I’m also about responsible use and harm reduction.
