How's My Back?

could anyone point the areas i have to develop still for my back and recommend exercises for them… i have been training for 9 months now…
thanx

Yes.

Chins–rows—deadlifts

Rows, deadlifts, pulldowns, chins, tbar rows, anything and all back related.

Your back looks like someone who doesn’t lift at this point.

I think your legs are a strong point

I’d work on the back part of your back. Also, your back needs work. My suggestion would be back exercises.

that’s a back allright!

What back?

Take a better picture and learn to hit a back shot. There may be something there to comment on but not with that pic.

Look who’s back.

That’s an awful angle but from what you’ve given it seems your lats are well behind the rest of your back. Perform your back exercises properly and your lats will catch up. Also, address your posture (or fix your posing)

Man, I feel terrible. I guess that wasn’t very clear at all. What I was trying to say was that you should do 6 sets of 10 cartwheels every other day for 4 1/2 months. Hope that makes sense, sorry for the confusion!!!

Best of Luck with the 'wheels

P.S. Back exercises. For your back.
