Exactly how much do you have to drink before you become a drunken idiot? My guess is you passed that a couple of rounds ago.
I think you answered your own question - I hate when I post drunk like you are doing. I feel like a total cock and balls the next day for writing such stupid bullshit. The really funny thig is when you’re piss drunk - this shit probably sounds like the best stuff you’ve ever written.
You might want to look at your hands and check for monkey shit. I don’t know if you were flinging it, or not. But what ever it was was moving really fast and had a definite odor to it.
rainjack wrote:
You left out message. Like I said earlier - if you think that the Republicans won because of a catchy phrase - you couldn’t be more wrong. The left is dying a slow raspy-breathed death.
To which I replied:

You clearly give the average voter much more credit than I do. I remember hearing people call into politically based shows on tv and hearing callers go on and on about flip flopping yet not even knowing what issue Kerry flipped or flopped on. They simply heard the phrase and ran with it. The average voter is more than likely not college educated and they believe whatever the nightly news tells them…or their preacher. The spreaded belief that Kerry hated veterans was also lapped up by the segment of the population. Spin and fear won this last election.
You then wrote:
Nothing that I wrote was “elitist”. If you consider the acknowledgement that the general public does not look deep into issues beyond what they are told on the nightly news and what they want to believe to be elitism, then you describe every remark you have made about any subgroup in a negative light the same. This holds for obesity, homosexuality, and your constant negative remarks against “liberals”. This makes you an elitist and a hypocrite. The sad part is, this had to be mapped out for you.
If this were a JeffR post in regards to “liberals”, you would have had nothing to say. Apparently, “elitism” only applies when it comes down to why a conservative was elected into office. Again you attempt to play innocent. You are like the kid who tosses a baseball through a neighbor’s window and then hides his hands. I hate baseball.

What you call an ‘acknowledgement’, I call an excuse for defeat. Making the assumption that if the typical voter was more informed he would vote democrat (I’m not accusing you of this, so don’t get your panties bunched) is elitist. Your ramblings sound indistinguishable from the elitist left’s talking points. To connect the dots as I see them does not make me a hypocrite, or elitist in the sense that is being discussed here.
Besides - whenever I find a label that will totally get under your skin I have to use it as often as I can. That may be the only sad thing about me - I love to piss you off. I must irritate. Besides just being plain fun for me - I give you something tobloviate on for an entire day. It’s win-win when you think about it.

But you don’t piss me off enough to warrant that as a goal. I don’t take the internet quite that seriously. I respond to training posts when I feel I have knowledge that can turn the person asking the question in the right direction, even if that means tossing insults at them. Your posts don’t come across that way. Lately, they come across as you simply not having much to back up a claim so you refer to jumping to blatant assumptions which do nothing but drive the discussion away from the original topic. There is only one poster that I know of who seems to simply live for trying to throw insults in my direction and none of his responses are even worth considering.
Between your recent posts and JeffR’s rants about relating the Iraq war to Detroit, you all (as in the “conservative bunch”) are coming across like a bunch of fanatics. I’m glad that’s a goal because if it was by accident…

Wow.
So you help people, giving them the benefit of your knowledge by insulting them? Aren’t you just the nicest guy.
That’s kind of offensive, PX.
If someone needs and asks for help, they should get it without knowing you’re bringing the insults.
Why is that I get pissed on by certain types around here for supposedly doing that, but you get a free ride when you admit that it’s part of your plan?
Is it because you’re all liberal moonbats and as such protect each other like bunch of hyenas…butts firmly against each other, teeth and cackles out?
And as far as comparing Iraq and Detroit–sounds weird, true. But the media doesn’t seem to moan and carry on about deaths in an American city caused by criminals nearly so much as they do about casualties in a war zone.
Of course, most of the media is liberal (they admit) so of course they’re going to coddle criminals and try to smear Bush anyway they can. Hey Prof, did you get the new issue of Newsweek yet?

Nice underplay. But I never said it was a goal of mine. I said I just love to do it. It makes me happy.
In this thread - in the most recent salvo - you are the one taking Tangent Road. I’ve agreed with you that we see the voter through different eyes. You seems to take exception with the word elitist. These last few posts have been about that. We can drop the elitist talk anytime you want to. Somebody in a Shakespeare play said,“Methinks he doth protest too much”.
I have a whole laundry list of resaons for my behavior last week. feel free to PM me if you want to know why I was OTR.
But what does it matter if we are fanatics, or not? Folks on the Right-wing always appear to be fanatics to the libs. It’s almost like a badge of honor to be labeled as a fanatic by elitists. Especially when we are winning elections at every level.

Sometimes, that works better than cuddling them, especially terms of training and nutrition.

Uh oh, someone get out the wet-wipes.
There he goes, ladies and gents, right on cue!
Someone gave him an honest opinion and he responds with personal attacks!
Maybe his is just trying to impart his insights and turn them in the right directions with insults. To help them of course.

Most people I know take insults badly…even the good Professor–shit, he’s made a damn career down here of being insulted.

No, it was a clear attempt to make fun of Joe for his constant whining about how his feelings get hurt so quickly in an argument. I wasn’t attempting to do anything but direct a very pointed personal attack at him due to this. It leads me to ask if he is getting enough fiber in his diet…or possibly too much soy. If you have any further questions, please direct them to my left ass cheek.

It wasn’t a question good doctor, it was a bit of sarcasm. Certainly called for. Remember humor is the best medicine.

Other than the fact that you just perfectly described professorX, and took a quote of mine completely out of context at the same time - I don’t have a clue what your drunk ass was even trying to say.

That’s fine. If I had to venture a guess I’d say you are in a slim minority that didn’t understand what was posted.

What’s going to be really sad is if you weren’t drunk - and you were actually trying to make a point. But you do spell pretty good for a drunk-ass.
Can one of the conservatives here tell me again how you’re so much better than all the stupid liberals on this board because liberals have no common sense, are feminine, can’t think logically, hate America, drink lattes, have no moral values, always want a handout and (worst of all!) think they’re better then you? Oh, I left out the fact that they have no reading comprehension skills, those elitist bastards!

I swear to god sometimes this forum is like watching chimps throw shit at each other. That is the beauty of it though, I suppose.

You mad RJ? Anyways, I’ll take your pathetic response as an admission that my post was more or less on the money.

Please quote the portions of my posts that you disagree with and explain why you disagree. Anything else is a waste of time, because no one (besides RJ) finds you funny.
You two are smarter/stronger/tougher than all the elitists like ProfX!!
