How would a Pro Bodybuilder do in MMA?

I don’t think BJJ is losing it’s effectiveness, It has more to do with the fact that strikers and wrestlers are learning BJJ skills. I think BJJ is still the dominant aspect of MMA. I really find it interesting that wrestlers are doing so well right now. I think there dominance in the clinch and sprawling combinded with the learning of BJJ submissions is resulting in some great fighters. If there is one technique that seems to be dominating MMA right now I would say it’s the “Sprawl and Brawl”. Guys who can strike well on there feet, are strong in takedowns, and can overwhelm you with punches and elbows on the ground while knowing enough about submissions to avoid getting caught in one, are dominating right now. I’m definately enjoying the evolution of this sport. As for the top dogs right now. In UFC it’s guys like Jens Pulver, BJ Penn, Carlos Newton, Tito Ortiz, Chuck Liddel, Pedro Rizzo, Randy Couture, and a few others I can’t think of right now.
