I know there are a few artists on here, perhaps others can help out to. I like to create drawings on Corel and recently had the idea to trasnfer them on to canvas backpacks but, can not figure out how to. I know that for t-shirts one can use heat transfer paper but, I do not think it will work for a bulky backpack since I would not be able to iron it cleanly on. Anyone have any idea how to go about this? I would like the artwork to transfer on and seem like it is part of the canvas itself. I have found a product called Lazertran but, it is a bit expensive perhaps there is a cheaper similar product.

Hai guys, I was just wondering, What do you think the best approach is to build muscles and get rippppped? I want to be huge so I thought someone here might have the BEST advice for me to reach my goals of being huge and strong and unfunctional.

Gee, thanks for the advice. This is the Get a Life forum where anything can be posted. You have started threads on wine drinking and growing berry bushes how is that related to bodybuilding???

I think you missed the point…

You are on a BB site asking about art. Sure, there are a handful of artists on here, but don’t you think you’ll get better feedback from… I don’t know, ANYWHERE else that’s not about meat and the creatinez?

Whereas, a lot of people here like wine and… berries.

If I were to do some craft project like that, I would print it on a medium in the size and approximate arrangement required for the odd spaces then cut the page into smaller segments of predetermined size and content designed for the panel, then affix the design to the panels of the pack in the manner recommended by the manufacturer.

To ensure flat surface and good adhesion I would use cardboard cut to size for backing behind the fabric to be printed on.

But that would only happen if I gave a crap, which is not likely.

SIR!!!

Reminds me of a time when my friend got the notion he was going to build himself a desk. Then he realized that he would actually have to get, measure, and cut lumber. And then he’d have to figure out how to screw it all together. Pretty soon he realized it wasn’t even worth it and bought an already built desk off of craigslist.

Why not just buy a cool backpack instead?

Corel, really, I didn’t even know that worked with recent operating systems.
Find someone who does silkscreen.

THere are facilities (printing shops) that can x-fer a computer image to an iron-on decal for you. Should be fairly simple, I remember creating a shirt for my brother to wear to his wrestling matches back when he was in high school this way, came out very well as far as color reproductions too.

I’d get it embroider to do it, personally.

The Bedazzler.

I once got an iron-on from a box of Sugar Crisp when I was a little kid… It also came out very well. But my mom had to iron it on because I was too little to use the iron. I don’t think I particularly liked the cereal, I just picked it to get the iron-on picture. Just thought everyone would like to know. Also, I believe Sugar Crisp is now called Golden Crisp.
