How to Tell if Infection or Bad Pip?

Hey Guys.

Pinned both V medialis yesterday, were fine until today, fairly swollen and redness around the size of a fist (Just redness not the swelling). I pinned in the AM and had the physio dry needling all through my legs and he went into that spot. Could it be the physio or should i be concerned about infection?

Unless you develop a fever it is mostly just PIP.

First pin in medialis. I knew the pain would be bad, the redness and heat threw me off a little. Its much better this morning, only slight redness and a lot less swelling/pain. Took some panadol / anti inflams last night which seem to have done the trick. Staying away from that until after the show. (11 days out now)

How are you looking? Any update pics? (Or if you have a log running…)

I’m looking the best I ever have. Come from 110 at about 17% (Got a bit heavy on my bulk) down to 94 sitting at about 7/8% right now. Not one for posting pics online, i had a log running but i’ve been busy with other things and havent been udating.
