How to Reduce E2?

Hi guys. Age - 25.
TT - 650 (280-1100)
E2 - 32 (11-44)
SHBG - about 50
FT - about 10 (9-42)

Problems - low libido, anxiety, difficulties in concentration.

After 750 i.u. hCG:
TT - 1210
E2 - 65
SHBG - 33.

This is still not perfect.
My T/E2 is very poor. Adding Arimidex doesn’t help much.
I’m concerning adding Testosterone to block my tests a little and improove T/E2 ratio.
Is it possible with good TRT protocol ?

Probably there is too much aromatase and too little DHT.
After Tamoxifen E2 is 55, so still very high.

I’m thinking of T+HCG+Arimidex, or T+HCG+Proviron to block E2, but I’m not sure if it will work.
Any advice ?

Adding testosterone will only inhibit your bodies’ own testosterone production, and aromatase to E2 anyway.

What do you mean by “adding arimidex doesn’t help much”? Have you tried adding SMALL amounts of anastrozole AND gave it enough time to improve T:E2 ratio and didn’t see improvement?

I would suggest getting more labs in accordance with the blood testing sticky. All those issues can be caused by thyroid dysfunction.

I’m worring about it.

Solo Arimidex helepd to reduce E2 to 26, but it was still not the same effect like after Proviron 25/ED which improved libido much more, but after few days it blocked natural T production, and I felt worse than before starting it.

I’ve heard that exogenous Testosterone aromarise is lower than endogenous after hCG…

750 iu hCG every day?

Too much hCG creates very high T levels inside the testes and anastrozole cannot control T–>E2 inside the testes. THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM.

Recommended hCG is 250iu SC EOD. Please read the stickies, start with advice for new guys.

Of course not every day.
750 i.u. hCG every 5 days. (my lab was after 48 hours after injection).

I can take 400-500 i.u. hCG twice a week, but still E2 will be high - about 40-50.

I have a small gyno and man’s boobs. After adding arimidex, I have less fat, but not in boobs’ part.

In my opinion the problem is too less DHT, which is important for libido.
That’s why i’m considering T+hCG+AI or T+hCG+Proviron (it also blocks E2 receptor).
But still no idea - what proportion…
