How to Measure IU in Insulin Syringe?

I want to inject 20mg of test from a 200mg/ ml test cyp vial using an insulin syringe can anyone tell me how many iu is that?

You are likely using a 1CC (1ml) insulin syringe so each notch is 2mg of testosterone. So #10 on the syringe would be 20mg. #20 on the syringe would be 40mg, #100 would be 200mg.
