How To Make The Perfect Burger

All of your recipes sound YUMMY…but where is Chef Lisa Marie. We need her to weigh in on this subject!

I’m partial to just really good quality (grass fed) ground beef salt, pepper and a dash of worcestershire sauce to make the patties. Then I grill them to med/rare (more on the rare side).

For toppings I like blue cheese and grilled onions. Sometimes I will grace my blue cheese burger with a few slices of bacon…

Everyone has their own way they love it: so no one can have the “perfect” burger IMHO.
But, don’t let me stop you from your pursuit to find the perfect burger…I’m getting lots of great ideas here!

In Berrardi’s cookbook there’s a burger which is made with feta, kalamata olives and a bit of egg mixed into the meat. I can’t remember the spices off the top of my head. Not only is the combo incredible with normal burgers, but it can even make turkey burgers delicious and juicy.
