yeah man sometimes I just feel drained after a hard workout. I’m thinking of just reducing the intensity until I start feeling better. I might have to eat more tho? like try to bulk at my current weight.
thanks for the advice man! well before SSRI I had high shbg and cortisol and during I still have it. It’s the OCD and other stuff that might be causing my brain go into overthinking mode.
