How to Fix My Diet?

Im almost 16 (1 month) and I am in high school. I am at home for most of my meals, and i need ideas for what I can buy at a store that I could make at home for lunch that would help my diet. I currently have mostly frozen stuff (pizzas, hot pockets, popcorn chicken) and canned food. So I need some ideas of cheap, nutrious food that is easily made by an average teenager.

Also, I would like suggestions of good dinner ideas that would be fairly cheap, as my step-mom has to feed to whole family.

I have looked through some diet articles on this site, but im interested in your opinions on good food.

-Eggs(hope you can make them)
-Ground Beef (heat up a sauce pan and pam spray it, then let the beef cook until red is gone)
-Peanut Butter (eat it out of the jar)
-Whole Wheat bread (make sandwiches with above or meat)
-Potatoes (microwave them for 8 mins or so)
-Rice (boil it)

You can find all the above at a supermarket for a fairly cheap price. All very easy to make.

Buy grill.
Buy meat.
Grill meat.
Eat meat.

Turkey Sandwiches.

Heavy on the turkey.

Tuna

Cottage cheese

Ask your step mom to show you how to cut and clean chicken; its simple and she’ll love ya for it…and chicks dig a guy that can cook!

oatmeal too very easy n fast

Also if you don’t mind eating disgusting food for a quick healthy meal.
Get a bunch of cottage cheese, one egg and oatmeal. Maybe raisins for better taste

Stir it all together with a spoon and eat.
If you can replace the cottage cheese with skyr it will taste great though.
