Nom nom nom.
That picture turns me on equally as much as a pair of breasts. Is that weird? I mean technically there are breasts in the picture.

I hit kroger at the right moment.
They pulled out some of that “almost spoiled” meat and slapped a lower price on it. Got 3 bigass T-bones, couple fatty sirloins, pound and a half of ground beef, and 8 chicken breasts for about $35 ish. Lunch and dinner for about 6 days or so, looking forward to it.
Got about 5 bags of frozen broccoli too. Which reminds me, I always get the baby florets, are the cuts better for you? Which broccoli do you get?
I dont think it matters but I get both just cuz I like variety. Everynight I consume 1 cup of mixed cuts/florets and 1 cup of cauliflower. Take them frozen, put them in a glassware dish with a lid, throw in abotu a half cup of water…microwave for about 8 minutes and you have a whopping serving of steamed veggies to go with your meat meal.
I have that everynight with my last meal before my pre-bed meal. Great addition to steak, chicken or anything really.
You did get a great deal, I envy you.
Also, as a note, I recently took up eating an entire can of green beans (a whopping 70 calories) with my morning eggs. I woudl suggest this to anyone who, like me, has trouble feeling full without carbs in the morning. I eat that as my second meal after my oats and man do I feel full.
That looks fantastic.
Oh and season those steamed veggies to your taste, I personally like a garlic based seasoning or “mixed up salt” that has salt, dried onion, paprika, etc. Play around, veggies can be fun and they make me feel stuffed which is great for an former fat guy who sometimes like feeling stuffed. No one ever got fat from eating to many greens.
Damn i just keep thinking of more shit to talk about. I’ve also heard that broccoli and cauliflower have highly anti-estrogenic properties which is great for all of us T-men. So eat alot of them, they are dirt cheap frozen.

Oh I do. I go through about 6 bags a week. Pour into bowl, add water, nuke. Eat that with some meat.
Other than broccoli, I make a salad with spinach and turnip greens. Add organic italian salad dressing… MMMMM.
I eat lots and lots of broccoli, spinach, and turnip greens. I should probably switch it up a bit.
Chicken breast
Broccoli
shitload of fish oil
Water
= heaven
absolutely. I love broccoli, cauliflower, french cut green beans. Also a huge fan of onions and tomatoes, I really cant get enough onions and tomatoes, I dunno if thats a bad thing. Tomatoes are technically a fruit but oh well. They are both carbier than greens veggies but you can’t get fat off half a tomato and half an onion a day which is my normal intake. Garlic taste good on anything too.
Turnip greens…might have to try that.
Steamed spinach is a daily staple in my eggs+feta cheese as well.
No, What is it? Sounds interesting…
I just spend aprox $25 for 1kilo of beef. I hate how expensive beef is in Japan. . .
That looks amazing.
I’m about to cook up 12 eggs and a pound of steak for my “cheat” meal.
Is that even a cheat meal?

I wouldn’t microwave cruciferous vegetables if I were you.
Why not?
Yeah why not? Steamed broccoli is so much better than raw…I cant deal with that.
I cook up all my frozen vegetables in the zip and steam bags, it seems to steam better than normal in the bowl style.
