How do you dose Testosterone plus EQ and make sure you have enough Estradiol but not too much?

Yes, I will definitely get labs. Iā€™m not sure however how many weeks to wait after the first injection. I was hoping to get some guidance on the starting ratio of Test Cyp to EQ to attempt to come close to a healthy level of Estradiol if possible. I want to try and avoid a single digit level and come close to a ā€˜healthyā€™ level. I understand how important Estradiol is for health and that EQ creates Estrone and interferes with Test and aromatization.
