How To Cope w/ Appetite Suppression From Orals?

Running my m sten a bit higher than is sensible, and it’s fucking wiht my appetite and generally making me feel a bit bleurgh.

My solution:

Whey protein and fudge. My diet is now 80% whey protein and fudge.

IIFYM, bro.

How’re your… uhh… bowel movements?

If I can’t really can’t stomach food, I blend my meals. Oats, protein powder and olive oil or peanut butter.

Poptarts always helped when I had no appetite… that and Ben + Jerrys.

Just force calorie dense stuff down. Alot easier to get 300 calories of Pizza down than 3000 calories of Rice and Chicken

Tried adrol for the first time this cycle, got sick and appetite was completely gone for the first 2 weeks. IIFYM is definitely the way to go. Pop tart, cereal, whey protein, EVOO and fruits were my go to workaround to hit macros.

Running the M Sten at 40mg and it’s doing ridiculous things. Getting bigger and stronger but it’s totally torching the body fat. I’ve actually lost a notch on my belt these last couple of weeks despite all the fudge I’m pack… I mean, eating…

split up your dosage through out the day. i cant eat on 50mg of dbol… but if i take 25 in the morning and 25 preworkout im good to go.

I might have to revisit the idea of my epi kickstart / msten finish cycle plan… 800 eq, 300 test, Epi/msten. Would worry for my BP though.

Try & eat quality food every 2-3hrs
if u dont have time try power shakes like bros above said
Sometime junk food is necessary to get cals…1 or 2 big macs usually works for me
Also I have same problem but I find vaping sativa dominant bud post workout helps. Just make sure u got plenty of good food so when munchies kick in its not a funion fest

ive done “bulking.” i’d advise against the bulk theory. you can put on the best quality weight when you stay leaner. (leaner being less than 12% which isnt hard to stay at)

the leaner you are the better but also the harder it is to stay there. i like to keep atleast my top 4 abs in when im eating for gains. for me i hold my last bit of weight around navel so for me thats decently lean. my legs lean up pretty quickly.

find what works for you but i can always put on quality weight when i focus on nutrient timing and not just stuffing all kinds of food all day.

I run heavy liver support and injectable vitamin b12.

IIRC, loss of appetite from orals is due to liver damage… ive run M-sten before and was able to get down 8 meals without much difficulty.

Yeah I’ve heard that about the liver thing, so I’m grudgingly lowering the dose to 30mg/day, see if that helps.

Weirdly, this last day or two’s been a little better. Maybe I just needed time to get used to it. I’ll lower the dose all the same.
