How Ridiculous Can T-Nation Get???

ZZZZZzzzzzzzz

Look, a lot of us come here for the entertainment. I can’t tell you how many times I have laughed out loud at someone elses ‘dumbass remark’.

And laughter, my friend, is a very valuable and theraputic thing.

You know… Im not sure but i think some one here has got flamed any way never will know who it is

What the FUCK is the internet?

gustojack,

Ha ha you spelled controversial like this: “contraversial.”

Yea, nobody is making you come here, and nobody is making you click on any of the forums.

Just stick to the articles and authors’ rooms if that’s what you like.

Jeez
I second that bro.

Insecure assholes are everyone, don’t pay attention to them.

I hope SERIOUSLY that T-Nation writers attempt to initiate some sort of “order” on this my space type forum. For fuck sake, at least shoot an email to some folks that screw it up for everyone, to let them know… they need to CHILLOUT!!!
I think it’s interesting that you’re surprised/offended/ashamed by heated arguments between members on a forum hosted on a website with Testosterone emblazened across the top of it. Moron.

I don’t think people like that frequent the internet. They’re too busy attending teeball games where nobody keeps score and everybody wins!

Go some where else if you wanna bitch about writers dissagreeing with each other

So don’t frequent the forums. I don’t think many people give a shit.

For me, this quote sums up why it can be so frutstrating coming to open forums even on a site as “with it” as T-Nation.

9 out of 10 people who post don’t “give a shit” about anybody else posting. They don’t care about anybody else’s ideas, they don’t care about engaging in discussion with them.

All the majority of posts are about is having one’s two cents heard. Most people (not all) are too busy thinking of something sarcastic & cool to post that they forget about all the potential here for figuring out absolutely amazing shit.

I bet if everybody said to themselves “I am going to try to make every single one of my posts an actual contribution to the thread it’s on, and to never post something if it’s nothing more than a dumbass remark” then every single person would enjoy these forums more.
Damn you’re smart. You remind me of myself.

Alot of the replies made the origional posters point. Although some of them were pretty funny.

Speaking of…are there any good posted workouts to improve my teeball game?

Well, a hot chick’s assprints on the door would be alright with me.

gusto,

You have to focus on the things you like about the site and ignore the stuff you don’t like.

I am serious minded about training like you and want to focus on training, not the other stuff.

Not everyone feels this way and you have to accept it. Why fight it? It is a losing battle anyway.

How do you know how “serious minded” he is? This guy could be that fat middle aged dude in the gym who never makes any progress but has tons of ‘advice’ to give to people 5 times as muscular as he is.

Prof X,

I meant serious minded about the discussion of training. I should have made that distinction.

There are people here that are serious as hell about training but like to talk about the other stuff instead of training stuff and there are people that like to just talk about training and only training related stuff.

The 'other stuff" is entertaining for a lot of people here but irritating for others, in a similar fashion just talking exclusively about training is engaging for some, but boring for others.

I know that I am stating the obvious, but my point to the OP was that he is not alone in his sentiments, but he needs to understand that the board is open to everyone and he just needs to avoid reading things that he doesn’t like. Absorb what is useful.

He doesn’t have to be middle-aged.

A cockslapper by any other name is still a cockslapper.

If you think about it though, is cockslapper really a derogatory term?
