You always want a full panel to see where you started from and so you know when you are back. Other than that I like a 40 days in since that is steady state for T cyp for bragging rights. In other words your TT goes no higher after 40 days. E2 now that is another story when things start going really bad like your dick quite working or you got acne all over your back and face then you might want to see where your E 2 went. it your call.
