For the past three weeks into Fortitude Training, and just loving it! The combination of regular sets, pump sets, cluster sets and loaded stretches makes me break a plateau it seems.
Even though I’m just training 2-3 times a week (less frequency than stated in the program) I’m progressing. Not bad for being 47 years old. I’m 5’9, currently at 205 lbs with approx 12% bodyfat.
Getting my motivation here (from guys like you). Also, really connect with your reasons for holding on to training. Will keep an eye upon your training log!
