Hello everyone, I’m struggling to work out how much I would have to draw up into the syringe for it to be 3 IU, could somebody help me work it out please, thank you.

Use this. Hard to say unless we know how much water you are putting in. Are those single 72iu cartriges?
If your vial is 72iu you would reconstitute with 7.2ml of bact water and then draw to the .3 mark on your syringe.
