Enjoy the bicep tendonitis
@j4gga2 T Nation gotchu bro
OP sounds like a real clown dick

100% agree with this.
Even with all factors being identical - 2 guys can have totally different reactions to training volume and intensity.
I mean the actual answer to this question is:
Who knows. Go and find out.

Sounds good, though reading your posts here, I don’t think there’s much knowledge there to stick with. The first response you got was good and if you had any follow up questions, you should have asked them instead of coming off like everyone owes you an answer. Any info people give you is a courtesy and should be appreciated as such. We can’t read your mind, so if the answer isn’t for what you’re trying to ask, maybe try rephrasing, before attacking the person trying to help.
who knew… cycles apparently make you a tough guy in both the weight room and the internet!
wow.
He did a superb post. You should listen more and post less.
I thought this answer was great. If I was OP and in doubt whether to add extra bicep frequency I would add these first then see how my body recovers. Great first step.
I’ll save people the hassle.
The OPs thing is hes not sure how much he should do since he’s not 100% natural.
Ironically… in another thread he states he’s been blasting and cruising for years… repeat years.
You decide…
I think people just like to throw around the lingo. Who doesn’t want to blast and cruise? That sounds too awesome!
Or Tren ace? Sounds like one of the pilots from Top Gun!
I think a lot of them are dudes that got lambasted for not having the foggiest notion about even the most rudimentary concepts of lifting weights though, and came back with a new persona and profile that is more in line with what they think is a “swarthy veteran of the iron game”.
I managed this for almost 3 weeks straight before my elbow flared up. Probably would have got away with it had I opted for DBs:
The T Nation version of Scooby Doo.
Damn meddling barbells
