He has no proof. He never does. Makes claims with zero evidence and doesn’t look at any evidence that anyone else provides. Guys like this are blocked from my group permanently. No place for them in there whatsoever. If you have an argument, great! But provide evidence to back up your claim.
I tryed the same thing with no success, not controlling E2 will lead to other issues no one mentions such as high blood preassure or water retention, how ever i microdose Arimidex can´t take even 0.125 mg it´s way to much for me, currently on 0.01875 mg of arimidex, once or twice weekly based on how i´m feeling at some point
I feel you and you are right i also get symptoms at some E2 levels and i can´t just not do anything about it this is not like one experience is good for all, if you get symptoms i would of course treat high E2, i would not drop HCG tho, my mental well being depends on it
HCG. There you go. How long have you let the “symptoms” run? Have you given it time to go away or immediately treated with AI?
Yes symptoms come from high E2 just don´t pay any attention to guys saying high E2 don´t cause any symptoms, i´m telling you i have experience the same symptoms with less E2 levels 50 pg, i feel great at 30-40 pg higher than that i get those same symptoms, also i get premature ejaculation and a bit of ED but these more related to not using HCG.
Also I microdose arimidex very very low dose, Dr Robert Stevens from the men´s health clinic recomends microdose of aromasin, exemestane, i use arimidex instead.
Bud you can’t tell me not to pay attention. I’ve been on TRT for 4 years Monitoring my bloods every 6 months and I’ve done the stressing about E2, crashing it with Adex etc etc, been to that movie. I now don’t take any AI because I rode the so called issues out and I’m great. E2 is a non issue. If you don’t agree and it works for you , no problem, if you want to advise others, please provide evidence, I’m honestly interested. Also are you certain long term Adex use is not harmful to your health?
I never said to no pay attention to your symptons i mean completely other wise how much arimidex have you been taking ?? or did you take, i tanked my E2 with as low as a quarter of a pil 0.25 mg even at 0.125 mg and felt awful for at least a week, my only solution is microdose it dissolving a pill in vodka if you don´t have a compounding pharmacy near you
Maybe the symptoms aren’t caused from high E2.
Any reason other that you’ve been told that high E2 is the cause?
What if it’s something else like being sensitive to hormone fluctuations?
What if you can cut out AI use forever, and not have to deal with the side effects of lifelong AI use?
I’ve been on trt for 6 plus years, while taking an AI to deal with what I thought were high E2 symptoms. @dbossa has convinced me to try to inject eod instead of every 3.5 days, to cut down on the peaks and troughs, and to possibly cut out the AI from my protocol.
I’m in the middle of the trial, and at over 4 weeks in, I have no “high E2” symptoms.
Sorry didn’t see it want addressed to me. I over respond to Adex. .25mg a week took my E2 from 43 pg/ml to 13. It was honestly miserable.
@lukedorian no offense but you were doing it wrong.
If you think 0.01875mg of Arimidex is doing anything you’re dreaming in technicolor.
There are simple tweaks to your protocol that can be done, that you have not done, which would eliminate your symptoms. It isn’t the E2.
My god this is exhausting.
Just think how many people you are helping. There are always going to be people who will never agree with you, but I’d like to think that most people, when hit in the face with the logic of what you’re saying, will give it a try.
I’m only at 10 days zero AI and I stopped HCG, until I get to the 6 week mark or feeling better.

Good luck. Hope it works out. Stay the course.
Thank you, and you too!

Dude please don’t take the HCG you’re going to be stuck in this never ending cycle of never getting to the place you want to be. You’ve been on TRT for 6 years and by your own admission you haven’t been doing it right. Whenever you get a thought in your head just remind yourself you don’t have a great track record doing it your way. Take T only, take enough for it to work, stop worrying about estrogen, stop getting into your own head and relax. You aren’t the only one that has wasted a lot of time doing it wrong. I’ve done it, most have done it. Listen to the folks here who have been in your exact shoes, relented and finally got to where you wish to be. Just think about it for a sec… You can feel good… REALLY good… If you do it the correct way and give it enough time to work. Listen to @dbossa. He literally interviews docs weekly about all of this shit and then regurgitates it to the masses. Get out of your head, take the advice given and put yourself on autopilot for the next couple months and then post how amazing you feel.
The side effects you’re complaining about are likely a mix of fluctuating hormone levels and incorrect dosing (likely not enough). Take enough testosterone, prepare yourself to not feel great for a couple months before you finally get to the promised land. I’ll save you a seat for when you get here.
Hey Dex,
I get it, and on my way. I’ve been off HCG for 10 days, not much, but a start. I think I’ll dump the T-Cream. A lot of guys say that it increases E2 because you apply it to your scrotum, which I guess increases DHT and so on… So I’ll just go and go back to my 50MG T Cyp E3D and reevaluate in 4-6 weeks. Honestly, what choice do any of us really have, we’ve all done everything every way we can. Hell, it took thousands of us, through years of trial and error, to get to this point, no sense letting it pass us by. Thanks for the interest, and the good words. How are you?
Better than I deserve
Ya, aren’t we all…. ![]()
